This little tree will grow slowly to under 25′ tall, and is great for planting under wires or in tight spaces.   In the home landscape, plant near a deck or patio for a spot of fun in the hot summer.

Look for our Stewartia near the Madison Avenue Entrance to the Arboretum.

The Dumont Shade Tree Commission has approved the Stewartia (S) Tree for the Adopt-A-Tree Program.  To Apply for an Adopt-A-Tree, contact Borough Hall, or Click Here.
